Truck Driving Skills:

·   Have held class A CDL since 1992. 

·   Transported supplies for restaurants in refrigerated units.

·   Transported freight along the Colorado front range

Communication Skills:

·   Trained and guided drivers to know how to load trucks properly and made sure customer orders were delivered safely, accurately and on schedule.

·   Trained, and observed drivers in the oilfield.  Making sure all safety procedures were followed.

·   Dispatched up to 80 drivers daily to various locations.  Maintained communication with drivers through radio, phone, and on site. Addressed safety and performance issues as they arose.

·   Communicated and worked with petroleum company management, Rig hands, and company men, to address safety issues, last minute changes, and weather related issues.

June 2014 to Current

Prepared for, and was the primary contact person during a DOT compliance audit and review.

Responsible for implementing, installing, training and monitoring of new electronic logging device system in a fleet of 100 trucks.

Research, prepare and present regular company safety meetings.

Responsible for reporting, follow up, and investigation of FMCSA, DOT, and OSHA recordable incidents.

Coordinate with health care providers for workman’s comp injuries, DOT random and reasonable suspicion as well as post-accident drug and alcohol testing.  Pre-employment, return to duty physicals and injury status.

·   Responsible for accident and incident investigations

·   Proper DOT and OSHA paper work and filing.

2009 to 2014

Hired, managed, developed and dispatched teams of drivers and supervisors to service oil field sites.

Communicated, coordinated and reported project status to major oil company management to ensure safety standards, production levels and location information was current.

Kept current on DOT compliance

Reported to management on budget and cost containment information.

Field SUPERVISOR [A&W Water Service]

2007-2009

Was on site with truck drivers, making sure they were doing their job correctly and answering any questions they may have had.

Checked locations for safety issues and helped resolve them

·   Ordered in equipment that was needed in order for the job to be done with as little delay as possible such as a cat, or additional trucks.

Ensured that water met job specifications

Made any minor repairs on location that needed to be dealt with

Communicated with personnel on location to make sure everything was flowing smoothly and dealt with any issues that needed to be addressed.

Drove tanker truck to locations to fill frac tanks

Made sure that the truck we were driving was sound and DOT compliant
